New single family residential home,  addition/remodel to an existing residential home, new commercial building, addition/remodel to an existing commercial building.

• A preliminary review of the proposed design drawings from Client, Architects and Designers.
• A preliminary inspection of the site to examine soil conditions or existing structural system.
• A preliminary mark-up of the structure with suggested beam sizes and layout to be reviewed by the Client, Architect and Builder.
• A final engineering mark-up that includes structural notes, details and schedules as required by Municipal authorities as part of the Building Permit application process.

Drafting Services
